Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint

Description

Prismatex is a road marking material composed of a mixture of thermoplastic resins, polymers, plasticizers (binder) and selected fillers, pigments and glass beads.

Properties:

Prismatex is formulated for semi-tropical and tropical climactic conditions. It resists deformation by traffic in hot weather and staining by dirt and oils. Prismatex is formulated to conform to the technical requirements of EN 1871:2000.

Application:

Prismatex is suitable for application by screed and extrusion. Grades suitable for spray application and other climactic conditions and performance are available upon request. Correctly applied with drop-on beads of good quality, Prismatex will surpass the initial retroreflectivity, luminance, color and skid resistance requirements of EN 1436:1997 in the categories listed below. The recommended minimum dosage of glass beads is 500 g/m2. Prismatex is available in white, yellow and red. Other colors can be manufactured upon request.
